  Normally the service here is pretty good. There is one young guy named Evan who is a stellar employee and has some of the beat customer service skills I have come across in today's workforce.
  
  However, the last time I was there it took over an hour to receive my food after the estimated time it was supposed to be ready by. I placed the order on 11/28/2016 at 6:26pm. I was given a wait time of approx. 9-14 minutes. I got there shortly after 6:30 and checked on my order. I was told it want ready yet. After waiting at least 10-15 more minutes, I checked again. It still wasn't ready but the older woman went ahead and took the payment for my order. 40 more minutes went by before my order was ready.
  
  The pizza was delicious. But it wasn't worth waiting an hour in the Dominoes lobby.

  We order here off and on because we like the quality of Dominos pizza over the other local chains. However each time we order we have to make sure to pay close attention to what we're getting. Often they "forget" to include extras we pay for like the dipping sauces or our 2-liter drinks. Tonight they forgot both, and upon being informed we would like the rest of our order, proceeded to inform us that they were out of Coke. It took two more trips for the cashier to pick up the alternative we asked for as he couldn't be bothered to remember what we picked after being told rudely they were "out" and then standing there as if that somehow justified us paying for it but not getting anything. As usual, great food... really poor customer service.
