  Service for pick-up is always friendly, helpful, exactly what I ordered, and exactly on time. I've never had a bad experience picking up an order after years of being an 'every-other-week' customer.
  
  Standing at the counter and watching activity on the floor, it's obvious that they're understaffed or whoever is doing the scheduling needs to pay better attention to peak times. The server was running her butt off and doing her best in an impossible situation. (This isn't a one time thing either. I see it many times when I'm there for a pick-up.)
  
  Remember that dine-in customers pay for cleanliness and service more than they pay for the food. If you're hungry, even sub-par food tastes great, but they'll always remember bad dine-in service.
  
  Eat the cost of a month of higher than normal payroll for a month or so, provide better service and you'll see that your customer base will increase. It's a 'spend money to make money' thing.

  Food was good! But when we walked in the door a young lady told us to be seated, then never came out to take our order. There was a nice older women that was just getting to work at that time. I got up and started getting our drinks. Because they had No One on the floor but the lady that just got to work! I felt sorry for her because it was pretty full! She finished getting our drinks, but it did not seem that anyone else in the place was working!the pizza hut had No glasses! The bar only had a little bit of food on it and not one person smiled! That a pretty bad way to run a business I think! On the way out the door another guest told me she would never be back because they were so disorganized! And we will not be back unless I hear it has gotten better!

  Very unprofessional establishment. I walked in and the person who was standing up front of me to walk towards the back and did not acknowledge me about 2 or 3 minutes after standing up front someone finally came up to talk to me. I was doing a carry-out order because they were getting ready to close for the evening. I could tell something was probably wrong with my food because I heard the manager or the assistant manager on duty make fun of my pizza as it was coming out of the oven and use the spatula to kind of distributed toppings all over. Whoever was that the oven needs to have glasses or a drug test because he cut my pizza so unevenly I felt the need to take a picture and complain about it. I did not receive a dipping sauce with my cheese sticks and overall the whole experience was terrible. Would not recommend to anybody and it makes me really question as to whether or not I will ever go to Pizza Hut again because this is not the first time I've had a less than favorable experience dealing with this Pizza Company.
